Description
What is the Transdermal Therapeutic System?
Transdermal therapeutic system is a method of absorbing the active substance into the skin with strips in which it is stored and introducing it into the circulatory system through capillaries.
Advantages of transdermal therapeutic systems:
Its bioavailability is considerable, since there is no dose-loss effect after the first transition in the liver. It is safe for use by those who have sensitivity in the stomach and other organs of the digestive system. There is no difficulty in swallowing. It has a high availability, especially in children with oral incompatibility, in patients with swallowing difficulties or with Alzheimer’s. As it provides a slow release, the possibility of allergies and side effects is less.
How is it used?
1. Wash your hands with soap and water before using the strips.
2. Remove the strips from the protective packaging.
3. Remove the protective layer from the back of the tape.
4. Apply to the shoulder, cervical or base of the spine. (apply the tape to a clean, dry, hair-free, lint-free area of skin)
5. Seal the zip lock bag tightly so that the remaining tape is stored away from drying out.
This product is not a medicine. These transdermal patches are for external use only by sticking to the skin.
